Selling Director of Sales and Marketing - Greenwood Village South, Greenwood, IN 

An Immediate and exciting opportunity exists for an experienced and dynamic Selling Director of Sales and Marketing at Greenwood Village South, a 427 unit, not for profit Entry Fee CCRC in Greenwood, Indiana.  Sitting on 64 acres, this established and reputable community is currently 95% occupied and embarking on a 100M expansion.  New construction will add 69 Independent Living units including 66 hybrid homes in addition to state-of-the-art assisted living and memory care accommodations. Additionally, more than 30,000 square feet of brand new and immensely upgraded amenity space will be built, bringing with it a Natatorium, Bistro, Library, Auditorium and much more. Finally, there is another 20,000 square feet of existing administrative and amenity space that will get a full renovation making this expansion a true reimagining of the already beautiful campus!


We are searching for an exceptional leader who has a positive and motivating demeanor to lead the sales and marketing efforts for both the existing community and the expansion project.  Reporting to our Executive Director, the Selling Director will effectively manage a highly capable team of 4 sales and marketing professionals and take an active role in continuing to successfully presell our development efforts.  

 

Compensation for this opportunity includes a generous base salary and substantial performance incentives.  Relocation to the Indianapolis area offered.

Responsibilities

 

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

 

  • Personal Sales Excellence:
    Execute targeted sales strategies with assigned prospective residents to achieve personal sales goals in order to lead overall occupancy growth with our existing expansion plans.
  • Drive Active Selling:
    Motivate and inspire the team to meet and exceed sales targets, with a strong focus on hands-on selling and direct engagement with prospective residents.
  • Achievement Through Proven Strategies:
    Accomplish individual, team, and community success by executing our established, best-in-class playbook and strategic sales plan.
  • Collaborative Leadership:
    Lead by example in managing our high-performing sales and marketing team through building strong personal relationships while actively participating as a key member of the team and as a leader of the entire community.
  • Collaborative Marketing Initiatives:
    Work closely with the Marketing Manager and advertising agency to develop collateral and digital placements that support the sales and marketing efforts for our expansion project.
